4. Third-Party Services and Tracking

We use third-party analytics, advertising, and marketing services including but not limited to Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Mixpanel, Hotjar, Segment, Facebook Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, and similar tools. These third-party services may place their own cookies on your device and collect data according to their own privacy policies, over which Nubio has no control. We are not responsible for third-party data collection or processing practices. Your interactions with third-party services are governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.

Third-party cookies may track your activity across multiple websites and devices for the purpose of targeted advertising, analytics, and personalization. By using our Services, you consent to such third-party tracking to the extent it occurs through our Services.

5. Data Collected Through Cookies

These opt-outs are managed by third parties and not by Nubio.

7. Do Not Track Signals

Nubio does not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" (DNT) signals or similar mechanisms. There is no industry-standard technology for recognizing and implementing DNT signals, and we do not commit to responding to such signals. We track users as described in this Policy and our Privacy Policy regardless of DNT settings. If a uniform technology standard for DNT is established, we will reassess our practices.

8. Consent and Legal Basis

Under Singapore law (including the PDPA), our use of essential cookies is based on legitimate interests necessary for the operation of the Services. For non-essential cookies (analytics, functional, and marketing), we rely on your consent, which is obtained through your continued use of the Services after being presented with this Policy.

The "Effective Date" at the top indicates the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Services after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy.

12. Governing Law

This Policy is governed exclusively by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Policy shall be resolved exclusively in Singapore through arbitration as set forth in our Terms of Use.
